SkinCare & Make UP 3---> We're Ready for SPRING!

All of us can breathe a sigh of RELIEF, because SPRING is knocking on our doors ! Say goodbye to our coat & boot!
Get ready to wear less clothes and flaunt your SKIN !!

Unfortunately, winter might damage our skin condition. Hence, it's important to give a little attention to our skin because the harsh winter wind absorb skin moisture.
After 2 years in Australia, where the wind is harsh , i can feel my skin becoming more sensitive. I moisturize it every time i jump off of the shower but, that's NOT ENOUGH.

So, i did several research and fortunately i found some easy ways to get your skin ready to face spring! Here's some great advise ( Don't worry this would not rip your wallet apart =] )

1. Moisturize, Moisturize & Moisturize !

Guys, it's so important to apply some moisturizer or hand lotion every 3 hours, especially during these colder months. Trust me, your skin condition will feel incredibly different ! To fight the winter effect, moisturizer is " A MUST HAVE" product.

I love to try many brands of moisturizer and hand lotion from the cheapest to some expensive one.
For daily use, i suggest use Nivea or Aveeno hand & body lotion, they have the most light scent yet greatest textures that melt into your skin from the first application. Nivea also made a great range of skincare for men as well. They are specially formulated to fulfill the needs of men's skin.






If you are willing to spend more for hand and body lotion, these range of brands will enhance your skin's natural protection as well with the super delicate formula.


* The Body Shop Hand & Body Butter

This product will restores what your skin has lost over time; its firmness and softness! Also, it's filled with long lasting formula. Massage it all over your body daily in a circular motions, leaves your skin smooth and supple all day long. It is also available in 10 fresh fruity fragrances.


2) Drink Plenty of Water

As you know that water is one of the most essential substance. It's not only for our digestion, it helps you to achieve super smooth and healthy skin as well. Water will help to rejuvenate, hydrate and brighten your skin complexion from the inside.
Try to drink 2 liters of water everyday. Especially, when you just wake up in the morning and during your outdoor activities. I also suggest you to spray your face with water or facial mist to clean up the dirt and freshen it up. My favorite product is Rose Facial Mist from Jurlique. It is hydrating, smells good,and convenient.


4)Wrap It Up With Sun Protection
Oh how i love to remind you, Never Leave your SUNBLOCK! Make sure to apply sunblock 20-30 minutes before heading outdoors and reapply it every two hours.
You can also wear facial moisturizer with SPF,so you don't have to wear many layers to cover your face.

5) Exfoliate

Now that you're ready to expose more skin, you need to exfoliate it! This is one easy way to get rid of those dead cells in you skin. You can even use natural ingredients to make a great skin exfoliation.

Ingredients : -1/2 cup of oat
- olive oil
- 1/2 cup of raw sugar

How it Works : blend all of the ingredients and rub it onto your skin until all of your dead skin get rid.
